I have often lamented that there is no record
for all of my dancing:
Those moments of grooving in atonement with the universe .. in aerobics, on
the slopes, in sex ..
so many places and ways over the years - given to god for the moment at hand
.
But here, here in my drawings are my records.
For THESE ARE MY DANCES - standing in the stead as record for all dances.
I am a dancer really - simply because I dance.
And when the feet of this body can no longer dance, it is in my drawings that I will remember and yet live.
